Will USF win the Big East?

Is USF going to be handed the Big East title this year because it seems like we might. After the strong performance of B.j Daniels in the Bowl game it seemed like the sky was limit for the Bulls. After that game even the bloggers at ESPN named USF as there preseason favorite for the Big East in 2011. But then fast forward to the spring game and you see a completely different USF. One that had a lackluster offense, but a spectacular defense ( like always). So the bloggers at ESPN, after seeing WV number one offense dominated their number two defense, picked WV as new preseason favorite. And it stayed that way for while until the new scandal that happened to WV.
Now WV has a new head coach that has never been a head coach, but to give him credit he has a brilliant offensive mind. But there is a big difference between Offensive Coordinator and a head coach and that's why he was coach-in-waiting for he can get accustomed to the transition. I think he would have some  rough patches during the season and might go between 7-9 wins.7 wins if he does not get the head coaching job on lock and if has another episode at the bar. 9 wins if he completely does the best job a first year  coach can do and stay sober. But I think there stock has dropped, though I would still consider them a contender for the title.
Then there is Pittsburgh that also has a new head coach and has also been effected with coaching scandals. But they still have a solid team that has probably the best defense in the league. They also are very excited about there new RB recruit and having been talking about him since he committed.
UConn also lost their head coach to a better "Job". They also lost there star RB and there second string RB and there starting QB. I feel bad for UConn right now because next season does not look to hot.
Than there is Syracuse that has had a stable coaching staff and might be the sleeper in the Big East because of there better than normal season last year.
I wished I could put Louisville as a contender in 2011 because of Charlie Strong. But I can't in good  conscience and the only reason why is because they lost 25 seniors last season. This is there rebuilding year and they already got a head start last year by getting one of the best recruiting class according to ESPN. Strong is also hitting the recruiting trail hard this year and is on his way to another great recruiting class. They will be a contender in 2012 you seen it here first.
Cincinnati had a bad year this year since losing Brian Kelly to Notre Dame. But I think they can come back to play in a bowl game this year ( bold prediction though).
Rutgers was the worst team this season and it was because of the O-line and defense. They had all the tools in the offense a star QB( that transferred), great WRs, and decent RBs. If there defense can hold there own and if the O-line can ,well, hold it together they might see a Bowl game if either Cinny or Louisville have bad seasons.
Than we save the best for last-USF. We have our obvious weaknesses in B.J Daniels and WRs. But if B.J Daniels turns it on its games over. And if he doesn't turn it on we still have two other QBs to replace him. And our WR problems isn't really a problems since we get A.j Love and Sterling Griffen back. And with the new arrivals of the freshman WRs things are finally looking up at that position. And it seems that the other teams are playing hot potato with the title right now because of  all the coaching changes. So USF has the best legitimate chance of winning the Big East just on the fact of other teams coaching troubles.
